Junior Presentation Task

Topic - Someone I Admire

  • After Half-Term each pupil in all junior classes should prepare a short presentation on a person you admire.

  • You can work alone or in pairs.

  • You can make your presentation by giving a talk, making a poster, writing a poem, producing a mini project or use a computer program to give the rest of the class information about your chosen person. Whatever you decide is fine, but you must also think about how you will present this information to your audience.

  • When you have completed the task you will have the opportunity to present your ideas to children from your year group, your class or another class.

Swans 4 Schools Scheme

The school has registered with Swansea City Football Club for the free tickets for children promotion. "The Swans 4 Schools" scheme entitles adults to buy a match day ticket for a future fixture at the discounted price of £10 and is then entitled to up to 4 free child tickets. The school will also benefit as it will receive half of the ticket sales. This partnership builds on the SCORE scheme which the school are also involved in which entitles children to weekly football coaching sessions. At present the Y5/6 and Y4/5 classes take part but after half term the Y3/4 and Y1/2 classes will get a chance to participate.
